Professional Introducers
Benefits of Being an Introducer to Johnston Campbell Ltd
We believe that there are 5 key areas of benefit to Solicitors, Accountants and other Professional Introducers by coming on board as a professional intermediary:
1) Access to the Financial Services Market
A business relationship with Johnston Campbell Ltd will allow you to access the Financial Services Market without the problems associated with recruiting, training and supervising of an in-house team, as well as keeping abreast of compliance and marketing issues, and the ongoing work involved in research, transactions and administration on behalf of your clients.
2) Business Development
Working with Johnston Campbell Ltd can assist you in the identification and development of new business from existing clients as well as attracting new clients. In addition, Johnston Campbell Ltd have numerous clients who will of course need the services of a Solicitor or Accountant so we see the relationship developing both ways.
3) Client Satisfaction & Retention - the "Holistic" Approach
Any partnership is structured so as to enhance the services you are able to offer, with the objective of increased client loyalty. Our aim is to facilitate sustainable and long-term wealth creation for your clients. In turn, they will recognise the benefit of independent advice that is focused upon protecting and enhancing their financial status. Offering a "one-stop" shop holistic solution can be the difference between you obtaining a new client or them choosing a competitor firm who already offers Holistic solutions. In addition, by working closely together, we can present “united” fronts to clients.
4) Financial Reward
A partnership with Johnston Campbell Ltd will provide the opportunity of an additional (and valuable) income stream to your practice without any of the financial and time implications associated with in-house facilities. Such income streams would be both initial and on-going thus providing not only welcome initial fees but also potential passive incomes. This is in addition to the fee income from our client referrals to your firm.
5) Communication
In our experience, we have often found that Introducer relationships stand or fall on the thorny issue of communication. Failure to effectively communicate can lead to situations where the referrer has no idea what has been done on the referred clients behalf. To overcome this issue, Johnston Campbell Ld have appointed a dedicated Business Development Manager who will be your regular point of contact and will also arrange mutually convenient meetings to keep you up to date on referred clients.
Finally, in addition, we will keep you informed on the impact of impending and current financial services legislation and offer solutions where applicable.
For example, The Northern Ireland Trustee Act 2001 which has implications for Solicitors and Accountants acting as trustees.
The Next Step
To conclude, we at Johnston Campbell Ltd are passionate about providing an excellent service to both our professional Intermediaries and their clients and firmly believe that our skills and professionalism can assist both firms in developing this exciting opportunity. You may already have some form of arrangement in place - but with our business model and experience we are confident we can add value to your firm. Is now not the time to stand back and review how your existing relationship works?
How it Works
The objective is to create a long standing working relationship - therefore to meet this end, the Business Development Manager is the first point of contact when referring clients - he then determines from our advisors who has the necessary skills and market specialism's to effectively deal with the referral.
Obviously you are completely free to meet ANY advisor prior to referring a client.
The Practice Manager will then feedback to you information on what has happened with the client and will meet on a regular basis to discuss the relationship.
